Breath is our constant companion, yet often we overlook its rhythm and flow. Today, we turn our attention inward to this simple, yet profound act. Let’s explore how mindful breathing can anchor us in the here and now, providing a sanctuary of calm in the midst of life’s storms.

"With each breath, I return to the present moment.”
Contemplate this affirmation. How does focusing on your breath influence your sense of presence? How might mindful breathing serve as a tool throughout your day?
Mindfulness Practice:
Dedicate a quiet moment to engage in mindful breathing. Find a comfortable seat, gently close your eyes, and simply observe the breath. Notice its natural pace, the sensations of air moving in and out, and the subtle movements of your body with each breath. If your mind wanders, kindly guide your attention back to your breathing.
Evening Reflection:
