Morning Reflection:
Gratitude is not just a feeling but a practice that, when expressed, can transform both the giver and the receiver. Today’s activity invited us to move beyond silently feeling grateful, to actively sharing our gratitude with someone who has touched our lives, reinforcing our bonds and spreading joy.

As you prepare for your gratitude visit, think about this affirmation. How does the act of expressing gratitude impact your relationships? What does it mean for you to openly acknowledge the contributions others have made to your life?
Mindfulness Practice:
Identify someone who has had a positive impact on your life, and plan a gratitude visit. This could be done in person, over a call, or through a heartfelt letter if distance is a factor. Share with them specifically how they’ve influenced you and why you’re grateful for them in your life. Approach this interaction with full presence and openness, truly listening and engaging with their response.
Evening Reflection:
Reflect on the experience of your gratitude visit. How did it feel to express your gratitude openly? What reactions did you observe in the person you thanked? How has this activity affected your feelings of connectedness and well-being?
