Day 3: Recognizing and Managing Stress Triggers - Today, we’ll identify what triggers our stress and learn how to navigate through these challenges calmly and effectively.
Day 4: Discovering New Ways to Relax - We'll experiment with different relaxation techniques, such as progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing, to find what best helps you unwind and reduce stress.
