As Day 6 comes to a close, let’s reflect on your journey of letting go and the space you’ve created for peace and clarity.

 

Reflection Questions:

  1. What did you choose to let go of today, and how did it feel to release it? Reflect on whether this practice brought a sense of relief, lightness, or new perspective.

  2. What helped you connect with the process of letting go? Consider how journaling, meditation, or another mindful practice supported you today.

  3. How can you continue to release stress or tension in the days ahead? Think about tools or strategies—like mindful breathing, movement, or writing—that can help you let go when stress arises.

 

Before bed, take a few moments to reflect on your day and how letting go made a difference. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and take several deep breaths.

  • With each inhale, imagine drawing in calm and peace.

  • With each exhale, visualize releasing tension, stress, or worry.

 

Reflect on these questions:

  • What new possibilities opened up for you as you released stress today?

  • How did letting go help you feel more grounded or present?


If it feels right, write these reflections in your journal or hold them in your heart as you prepare for rest.

 

Letting go of stress is a powerful act of self-care, and today you took a meaningful step in that direction. Be proud of the space you’ve created for peace and renewal in your life.
