You’ve completed the first day of the challenge—how exciting is that?!? Let’s take this moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the effort you’ve invested in yourself today.

 

Reflection Questions:

  1. What mindful intention did you set today? Reflect on how it felt to define and articulate this intention. Did the process spark clarity, excitement, or perhaps hesitation?

  2. How did your intention influence your actions and thoughts today? Think about moments when your intention guided you—perhaps it helped you make a choice, approach a situation differently, or simply brought awareness to your day.

  3. What small actions can you take to keep this intention alive throughout the year? Consider practical ways to integrate your intention into your daily life. Could you incorporate it into your morning routine, create a visual reminder, or check in with it during challenging moments?


Before heading to bed, take a few minutes to sit quietly and reflect on the day. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to revisit the highlights of your mindfulness practice. What did you notice or learn about yourself today? Did setting an intention feel empowering or challenging? Why?


If it feels right, journal your thoughts or simply hold them in your heart. Remember, reflection is an essential part of mindfulness—it helps us learn, grow, and celebrate progress.
