This group is designed to help you carry the practices from the course into everyday life—with encouragement, gentle reminders, and a circle of like-minded people who understand the power of slowing down. Whether you’re journaling, pausing for a breath, or noticing moments of gratitude, this is your place to be seen, supported, and inspired.
