As you repeat this affirmation, think about all the ways you nourish yourself, from the food you eat to the time you spend on self-care and personal growth. Nourishment comes in many forms, and each act of nourishment is a way of honoring your body and mind. Today, let’s bring this gratitude into the way we experience food.
