Good Evening!


As Day 11 draws to a close, let’s reflect on the practice of letting go and the lightness it brought to your day.

 

Reflection Questions:

  1. What negative thought or belief did you focus on releasing today? Reflect on how it felt to name and let go of this thought. Did the process bring a sense of relief or clarity?

  2. How did releasing negativity impact your mood or mindset? Consider whether this practice helped you feel lighter, more optimistic, or more at peace with yourself.

  3. How can you continue to let go of unhelpful thoughts in the future? Think about tools or strategies—like mindful breathing, journaling, or affirmations—that can help you release negativity when it arises.

 

Before you go to bed, take a few moments to reflect on your day and the progress you made in letting go of negativity.

  1. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take several deep breaths.

  2. Visualize the thought or belief you released earlier in the day. Picture it as a cloud, floating farther and farther away with each exhale.

  3. With each inhale, imagine drawing in positivity, lightness, and peace.

 

Reflect on these questions:

  • What did you learn about yourself through this practice?

  • How did letting go of negativity open up space for calm or clarity?


Write your reflections in your journal or hold them in your heart as you prepare for rest.

 

Today, you took a powerful step toward releasing negativity and embracing lightness. Letting go is an act of courage and self-care, and you should be proud of the intention you brought to this practice.


Tomorrow, we’ll continue deepening our mindfulness journey with a practice that nurtures connection with nature. Rest well, and I’ll see you in the morning! 🌙
