Welcome to Day 14 of our Harvesting Gratitude Challenge! I hope yesterday’s loving-kindness meditation filled your heart with warmth and helped you connect more deeply with yourself and others. Today, we’re going to take a moment to reflect on the past week and acknowledge all the things we’ve been grateful for.


🌿 Daily Activity: Write Down Five Things You’re Grateful for This Week and Reflect on Them


Today’s activity is to write down five things you’re grateful for this week and take some time to reflect on each one. Think back over the past seven days—what moments, people, or experiences brought you joy, peace, or comfort? Write them down and spend a few minutes reflecting on why each one is meaningful to you.


Reflection is a powerful tool for deepening our gratitude practice. By taking the time to look back on our week, we can recognize the abundance of positive experiences and blessings in our lives. This practice helps us focus on the good, even during challenging times, and reinforces the habit of noticing and appreciating the small joys in our daily lives.
