Day 8 - Expanding My Knowledge of Self-Care:

We'll broaden our horizons by exploring the top books on self-care and mental health.

Day 9 - Trying New Self-Care Techniques:

Then, it's time to step out of our comfort zones and try a new self-care activity that addresses a specific stressor.

Day 10 - Reflections on New Self-Care Experiences:

We'll reflect on how the new activity affected our mood and stress levels.

Day 11 - Connecting Through Shared Self-Care Experiences:

Finally, we'll share our experiences with the new self-care practice in a community forum, learning from each other and growing together.
