Spend some time reflecting on this prompt in your journal. Consider the ways you offered support and the responses you received. How did it feel to provide comfort? What did you learn about the needs of others and your own capacity to give support?


Sharing Our Reflections:

This is a great opportunity to share your experiences from today. What methods of support did you choose, and why? How were your efforts received, and what impact did they have on both you and the person you supported?


Recall our morning affirmation: "I offer comfort and understanding to those in need." Reflect on how embodying this statement influenced your interactions and feelings throughout the day. Did you notice any changes in your own emotional state as you provided support?
