Begin your day with this affirmation:"I am worthy of love, kindness, and self-care."ย ๐ŸŒธ


Repeat this affirmation a few times and let it sink in. Remind yourself that you are deserving of the same love, kindness, and care that you so freely give to others. Embracing self-worth can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable at first, but each small act of self-kindness helps us feel more grounded and valued.


๐ŸŒฟย Todayโ€™s Activity: Mirror Gratitude


Todayโ€™s activity is about connecting with yourself in a meaningful way. Take a few minutes to stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and say something kind to yourself. This could be something you admire about yourself, something youโ€™re proud of, or even a gentle โ€œthank youโ€ for showing up every day.


This exercise might feel vulnerable, but itโ€™s a powerful way to practice self-acceptance. Let yourself truly feel the kindness youโ€™re expressing.
