Day 7 Evening Reflection
As we come to the end of Day 7, let’s take some time to reflect on our digital detox experience. Today, we focused on disconnecting from our digital devices to find peace and quiet within ourselves. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand the impact of technology on our lives and the benefits of taking regular breaks.

How did I spend my time during the digital detox? What differences did I notice in my mental and emotional state?
As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your insight:
Did I find it challenging to stay away from digital devices? If so, why do I think that was?
How did the digital detox impact my focus, mood, and stress levels throughout the day?
How can I incorporate regular digital detoxes into my routine beyond this challenge?
Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Tomorrow, we will focus on preparing a healthy meal. We will plan and prepare a nutritious meal that nourishes our body, paying attention to the ingredients and the process of cooking. This exercise will help us develop a healthier relationship with food and appreciate the nourishment it provides.
