As we come to the end of Day 20, let’s take some time to reflect on our laughter yoga experience. Today, we focused on embracing laughter and joy, healing and uplifting our spirits. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand its impact on our well-being and how we can continue to incorporate laughter into our lives.

Day 20: Laughter Yoga


Hello, everyone!


Welcome to Day 20 of our Self-Care Challenge. Today, we are focusing on laughter yoga, a unique and playful exercise that combines laughter with yoga breathing techniques. Laughter yoga allows us to laugh freely and feel the joy it brings, promoting emotional and physical well-being.


Affirmation: "I welcome laughter and joy into my life, healing and uplifting my spirit."


Activity: Today, try a laughter yoga session. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can laugh without any distractions. Start by taking deep breaths and gently exhaling. Then, begin to laugh, even if it feels forced at first. Allow the laughter to grow and become more natural. Continue this for at least 10-15 minutes, noticing how the laughter makes you feel physically and emotionally.
