Day 20 Evening Reflection
As we come to the end of Day 20, let’s take some time to reflect on our laughter yoga experience. Today, we focused on embracing laughter and joy, healing and uplifting our spirits. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand its impact on our well-being and how we can continue to incorporate laughter into our lives.
Journal Prompt:
• How did laughter yoga make me feel both physically and emotionally? Why is laughter an important part of my life?
As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your insight:
• Did I find it challenging to laugh freely and naturally? If so, why do I think that was?
• How did laughter yoga impact my stress levels or overall mood throughout the day?
• What benefits did I notice from practicing laughter yoga, and how can I make laughter a regular part of my routine?
Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Tomorrow, we will focus on positive affirmations. We will write down and repeat positive affirmations that resonate with us, encouraging a positive mindset and self-belief. This exercise will help us cultivate self-love and confidence.
