Day 4 : Body Scan Meditation


Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Day 4 of our Self-Care Challenge. Today, we are focusing on body scan meditation, a practice that helps us bring awareness to each part of our body. This activity will help you connect with your physical self and promote relaxation and self-compassion.


Affirmation: "I am aware of my body and its needs, honoring each sensation with compassion."


Activity: Set aside 15 minutes today to practice body scan meditation. Find a quiet and comfortable place to lie down or sit. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Begin by focusing on your toes and gradually move your attention up through your body, noticing any sensations, tension, or areas of relaxation. Take your time with each body part, acknowledging how it feels without judgment. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the body part…
