Day 4 Evening Reflection

As we come to the end of Day 4, let’s take some time to reflect on our body scan meditation

experience. Today, we focused on bringing awareness to each part of our body, recognizing

sensations without judgment, and honoring our physical selves. Reflecting on this practice can help us deepen our connection with our bodies and promote ongoing relaxation and self-compassion.

Journal Prompt:

• What sensations did I become aware of during the body scan meditation? How can I better

listen to my body's needs?

As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your

insight:

• Did I find it challenging to focus on different parts of my body? If so, why do I think that was?

• How did body scan meditation impact my stress levels or overall mood throughout the day?

• How can I incorporate body scan meditation into my daily routine beyond this challenge?

Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal.

Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into

your daily life.

Tomorrow, we will focus on the practice of gratitude. We will take time to reflect on the abundance in our lives and the love that surrounds us. Practicing gratitude can significantly enhance our overall happiness and well-being by shifting our focus to the positive aspects of our lives.

For those subscribed to the basic membership, tomorrow's meditation will focus on gratitude,

guiding you to fully engage with the practice and deepen your sense of appreciation. If you haven’t

subscribed yet, consider joining us to enhance your self-care journey with daily meditations and

additional resources.

Feel free to share your reflections and insights from today in the comments. How did body scan

meditation affect your day? What did you notice about your connection with your body?

Rest well and prepare for another day of self-care and mindfulness tomorrow!

With gratitude,

Sarah
