Harvesting Gratitude: A 30 Day Gratitude Challenge

Public·6 members

Good morning, Gratitude Seekers! 🌞

Welcome to Day 6 of our Harvesting Gratitude Challenge! I hope yesterday’s meditation helped you connect with your inner peace and appreciate the many blessings in your life. Today, we’re introducing a simple yet powerful practice that will help us cultivate gratitude every day: starting a gratitude jar.

🌿 Daily Activity: Start a Gratitude Jar

Today’s activity is to start a gratitude jar! Find a jar, box, or any container you have at home. Throughout the day, write down one thing you’re grateful for on a small piece of paper and place it in the jar. You can continue adding to the jar each day for the rest of the challenge (and beyond if you’d like!).

Why is this important? A gratitude jar is a tangible way to track all the things you’re grateful for. Over time, it serves as a visual reminder of the abundance in your life and all the positive things that happen to you. On days when you might be feeling down or ungrateful, looking through your gratitude jar can uplift your spirits and remind you of the good in your life.

✨ Daily Affirmation: “I am grateful for the abundance in my life.”

Repeat this affirmation as you add to your gratitude jar today. Let it serve as a reminder that there is always something to be thankful for, no matter how big or small. By focusing on abundance, you open your heart to receive even more blessings.

As you begin your gratitude jar, think about how this practice might help you maintain a positive outlook in the long term. Share your thoughts, what you’re grateful for today, or even a photo of your gratitude jar in the comments below or in our challenge group. I’d love to see the beautiful ways you’re capturing your gratitude! 💛

With gratitude,

Sarah
