As we begin our final week together, let’s focus on creating a sustainable gratitude practice that can support us beyond this month. Today, we’re building a gratitude jar—a simple, beautiful way to capture moments of appreciation each day. Having a visible reminder of our gratitude helps us stay grounded in thankfulness, even on challenging days. Start your day with this affirmation:


"Gratitude is a gift I can give myself daily." 🌾


Repeat this affirmation to yourself and let it remind you that gratitude is something we can practice and carry with us every day. Today, we’re taking a small but powerful step toward making gratitude a lasting habit by creating a gratitude jar that we can keep adding to long after November ends.


🌿 Today’s Activity: Create a Gratitude Jar


Find a jar, box, or container to serve as your “Gratitude Jar.” Throughout the day, jot down things you’re grateful for on small pieces of paper and add them to the jar. Each note can be a person, moment, or simple joy you want to remember. As the jar fills up, it will become a reminder of all the beautiful things in your life.


You can keep this gratitude jar somewhere visible, like your desk or nightstand, so you’re encouraged to add to it regularly. Let it be a reminder that gratitude is an ongoing journey, and each note is a small celebration of life’s blessings.
