Good Evening Everyone!


As the day winds down, let’s take some time to reflect on our experience with mindful eating. Today, we focused on savoring each bite and appreciating the nourishment our food provides. Reflecting on this practice can help us deepen our understanding and reinforce the positive changes we’re making.


Journal Prompt:

• What did I notice about my meal today when I ate mindfully? How did it differ from my usual

eating habits?


As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your

insight:

• How did focusing on the sensory experience of eating affect my enjoyment of the meal?

• Did I notice any changes in my hunger and fullness cues when eating mindfully?

• How can I incorporate mindful eating into my daily routine beyond this challenge?


Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into

your daily life.


Tomorrow, we will delve into the practice of mindful walking. We will pay attention to the sights, sounds, and smells around us as we walk, fostering a deeper connection with our environment. This exercise will help us appreciate the beauty of the world and bring a sense of peace and mindfulness to our movement.

walking, guiding you to fully engage with the experience of moving through your surroundings.
