As we come to the end of Day 13, let’s take some time to reflect on our nature connection experience. Today, we focused on spending time outdoors and appreciating the beauty of the natural world. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand its impact on our well-being and how we can continue to incorporate nature into our lives.


Journal Prompt:

• What did I observe and feel while spending time in nature today? How can I incorporate more nature time into my life?


As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your insight:

• Did I find it challenging to be fully present in nature? If so, why do I think that was?

• How did spending time in nature impact my stress levels or overall mood throughout the day?

• What benefits did I notice from being in nature, and how can I make nature connection a regular part of my routine?


Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.


Tomorrow, we will focus on creating a restful environment to improve our sleep quality. We will develop a relaxing bedtime routine that promotes better sleep and allows our bodies to relax.
