Day 14 Evening Reflection 📖🌒


As we come to the end of Day 14, let’s take some time to reflect on our sleep hygiene experience. Today, we focused on creating a restful environment and developing a relaxing bedtime routine to improve our sleep quality. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand its impact on our rest and overall well-being.


Journal Prompt:

  • What steps did I take to improve my sleep hygiene? How did these changes affect my sleep quality and how I felt upon waking?


As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your insight:

  • Did I find it challenging to establish a new bedtime routine? If so, why do I think that was?

  • How did creating a restful environment impact my ability to relax and fall asleep?

  • What benefits did I notice from practicing good sleep hygiene, and how can I make these habits a regular part of my routine?


Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.


Tomorrow, we will focus on creative expression. We will engage in a creative activity such as drawing, painting, or crafting, allowing ourselves to express our unique selves through art. This exercise will help us tap into our creativity and find joy in the process of creation.
