Day 3 Evening Reflection
As we come to the end of Day 3, let’s take some time to reflect on our mindful walking experience.
Today, we focused on connecting with our surroundings and finding beauty in every step. Reflecting on this practice can help us deepen our appreciation for mindfulness and nature.
Journal Prompt:
• What sights, sounds, and smells did I notice during my mindful walk? How did being
present in nature affect my mood?
As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your
insight:
• Did I find it challenging to stay focused on my surroundings? If so, why do I think that was?
• How did mindful walking impact my stress levels or overall mood throughout the day?
• How can I incorporate mindful walking into my daily routine beyond this challenge?
Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal.
Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into
your daily life.
Tomorrow, we will explore the practice of body scan meditation. This activity will help us bring
awareness to each part of our body, recognizing sensations without judgment. It’s a powerful way to connect with our physical selves and promote relaxation and self-compassion.
