As we come to the end of Day 9, let’s take some time to reflect on our hydration experience. Today, we focused on drinking plenty of water and paying attention to how it makes us feel. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand the importance of hydration and its impact on our overall well-being.

How did focusing on hydration today affect my energy levels and mood? What can I do to maintain good hydration habits?
As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your insight:
Did I find it challenging to remember to drink water throughout the day? If so, why do I think that was?
How did staying hydrated impact my physical and mental state throughout the day?
What strategies can I use to ensure I stay properly hydrated in the future?
