Day 18 Evening Reflection
As we come to the end of Day 18, let’s take some time to reflect on our mindful coloring experience. Today, we focused on finding peace and relaxation through the colorful expressions of our minds. Reflecting on this practice can help us understand its impact on our well-being and how we can continue to nurture our creativity and relaxation.
Journal Prompt:
• What did I notice while coloring mindfully today? How did this activity help me relax and focus?
As you reflect on today’s practice, consider the following additional questions to deepen your insight:
• Did I find it challenging to stay focused on the coloring process? If so, why do I think that was?
• How did mindful coloring impact my stress levels or overall mood throughout the day?
• What benefits did I notice from practicing mindful coloring, and how can I make this a regular part of my routine?
Take a few moments this evening to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. Reflecting on your day helps solidify the practice and makes it easier to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Tomorrow, we will focus on joyful movement. We will engage in an exercise we enjoy, such as swimming, cycling, or a workout class, embracing the strength and vitality our bodies provide. This exercise will help us connect with our physical selves and find joy in movement.
