🌸 Day 28 – Create a Vision or Mood Board

Hello radiant souls 🌷

It’s Day 28 of our Spring Into Mindfulness journey, and today’s practice invites you to get clear, get focused, and dream a little.

🌱 Where your attention goes, your energy flows.

🌱 Where your focus rests, growth follows.

🌱 Where you plant your hope and effort, beauty eventually blooms.

Today is about choosing—intentionally—what you want to nourish moving forward.

Not with pressure. Not with urgency. But with love, clarity, and vision.

✨ Your invitation is to create a mini vision board or mood board—something that visually reflects the energy, feelings, and intentions you want to cultivate this spring.

You don’t need a big production. You don’t need a perfect Pinterest-worthy collage. You just need a few images, words, or colors that make your soul light up.

🌼 Why This Practice Matters

Our attention is precious. In a world full of distractions, it's easy for our dreams and energy to get scattered.

Creating a visual representation of your intentions helps you:

🌸 Focus your mind gently on what matters most

🌸 Call your energy back to your heart’s true desires

🌸 Keep your hope alive when daily life gets noisy

A vision board isn’t about forcing outcomes—it’s about anchoring yourself in the feelings you want to embody and the growth you want to nurture.

It’s a way of whispering to yourself: "This is what I’m growing toward." "This is where my energy belongs." "This is what lights me up—and I am allowed to bloom here."

✨ Today’s Affirmation:

“My energy flows where my attention goes.”

Repeat this as you gather your images, words, colors, and dreams. Let it ground you in your power to choose what you feed with your time, your heart, and your hope.

You are the gardener of your own spirit. Tend carefully. Tend lovingly.

📝 Journal Prompt:

What distractions pull me away from my growth?

Be honest—and be gentle.

Are there habits, environments, thought patterns, or even relationships that drain your energy away from the beautiful life you're cultivating? How can you bring more mindfulness to where your attention rests?

🌿 Mindful Activity: Create a Mini Vision Board or Mood Board for Spring

✨ Gather a few old magazines, printouts, or even Pinterest pins if you prefer digital.

✨ Choose images, colors, words, or textures that match the feeling you want to live in this season.

✨ Arrange them on a small board, journal page, or poster—however feels natural.

✨ Keep it somewhere visible as a gentle reminder of your spring intentions.

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about staying connected to your heart’s deepest callings.

Let your vision board feel alive—soft, inspiring, flexible. Let it reflect the kind of energy you want to wake up to every day.

💬 Group Reflection:

  • What themes, images, or words came through most strongly in your board?

  • How did it feel to intentionally focus on your dreams today?

  • What is one small step you can take this week to nourish what you’re planting?

You are not behind. You are not lost. You are growing in ways you can’t always see yet.

And by choosing where your attention flows, you are choosing where your future blooms. 🌸💛
