🌿 Day 20 – Notice The Signs of Spring

Hello beautiful souls 🌸

And a Happy Easter to those who are celebrating today!Whether today is a sacred holiday for you, a quiet Sunday, or just another step in your mindfulness journey, I hope you’re feeling a sense of peace and renewal as we move into a new week together.

We’ve officially entered Week 4: Connect & Rewild of the Spring Into Mindfulness challenge.

This week is all about remembering your connection to the Earth—to the natural rhythms, the seasons, the cycles, and the ancient wisdom that lives not just around you… but within you.

So many of us spend our days disconnected from the natural world. We move through concrete paths, under artificial lights, guided by calendars and clocks instead of the sky, the soil, the weather, or the seasons.

But the truth is:

✨ You are nature.

✨ You are not separate from the world around you.

✨ You are part of the rhythm of life, even when you forget.

Today’s practice is a gentle invitation to come back to that connection.

🌼 The Wisdom of Spring

Spring has a softness to it—a quiet strength that comes not from pushing, but from patience. The buds don’t rush. The ground doesn’t bloom overnight. Everything unfolds in its own time.

And as you walk outside today or sit by the window, you’re invited to notice the world waking up around you. Slowly. Gently. Without hurry.

What if you gave yourself that same grace?

✨ Today’s Affirmation:

“I am connected to the rhythms of the Earth.”

Repeat it softly as you breathe in the fresh air. As your feet touch the ground. As you notice the small miracles of the season—buds on branches, birdsong, warm sunlight, a cool breeze.

Let this affirmation be your anchor today. Let it reconnect you not just to the earth, but to your own inner nature.

📝 Journal Prompt:

How does nature remind me of my own cycles?

Take a few moments after your time outside to reflect.

What season of life are you in right now? Are you blooming or resting? Rebuilding or shedding? Where are you being asked to grow? And where are you being called to be still?

Let nature be your mirror today. She has so much to show us if we’re willing to listen.

🌷 Mindful Activity: Notice 5 Signs of Spring

Whether you're stepping outside barefoot, sitting under a tree, or just gazing out your window—this is your invitation to slow down and see.

Notice five signs that spring is alive in your part of the world. Look closely. Let it be a quiet treasure hunt for your senses.

Look for:

  1. Something blooming

  2. Something soft

  3. Something new

  4. Something that moves

  5. Something that grounds you

These small observations are more than just beauty—they’re reminders that life is always renewing itself. That growth is happening, even when it feels slow or invisible.

Let these signs speak to you. Let them remind you that you, too, are blooming.

💬 Group Reflection:

  • What did you notice in nature today that brought you peace, joy, or grounding?

  • How did this practice affect your energy, your breath, or your thoughts?

  • What season of growth do you feel like you’re in right now—and how can you honor that gently?

As we welcome Easter Sunday and the start of this new week, let it also be a quiet celebration of your own sacred rhythm. You don’t have to bloom quickly. You don’t have to be constantly moving. You just have to trust that your growth is already unfolding—in ways you can and can’t see.

Let the Earth remind you that slow is sacred.Let the season show you that rest and rebirth can coexist.Let today be your return to the wild, wise, and grounded version of you 💛
