I am so excited you’re here! Whether you’ve done one of my mindfulness challenges before or this is your first time joining in, I want to start by saying—you’re exactly where you need to be.
This 30-day journey is all about gently refreshing your mind, body, and soul as we align with the energy of spring. We’ll take small, meaningful steps each day to help you reconnect with yourself, clear mental and emotional clutter, and make room for new growth.
🌱 Week 1 Theme: Clear the Clutter
This week, we’re focusing on letting go—physically, mentally, emotionally. Just like nature sheds what it no longer needs in spring, we’re going to release what no longer serves us so we can step forward feeling lighter and more intentional.
🌼 Day 1 – Let’s Begin!

“I give myself permission to begin again.”
Let this be your anchor today. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You’re allowed to begin again, as many times as you need.
📝 Journal Prompt:
What area of your life feels ready for a reset?
Write it out with honesty and curiosity. Is it your schedule? Your self-talk? A physical space? There’s no wrong answer.
🌸 Mindful Activity:
Choose one small area to declutter—maybe it’s your purse, your inbox, your bedside table, or a single drawer. As you clear it, breathe deeply. Play soft music. Let this be an act of care, not just a chore.
