🌿 Day 14 – Intuitive Movement

Hello beautiful souls 💛

Sorry today's post it a bit late! It's my birthday today so I decided to have a relaxing morning.

Today we’re stepping into Day 14 of the challenge—and today’s invitation is a powerful one.

It’s not about doing more. It’s not about pushing harder. It’s not about finding the “right” way to move.

✨ It’s about learning to trust your body again.

For so many of us, that trust has been eroded. Maybe you were taught to ignore what your body was telling you. To sit still when it wanted to move. To push through exhaustion. To ignore pain. To believe that discomfort = progress.

But your body has always been wise. It has always known what you needed—even when the world told you otherwise.

🌼 The Wisdom Within

Your body speaks to you every day. Through energy. Through tension. Through hunger. Through emotion. It knows when you’re overwhelmed. It knows when you’re inspired. It knows when you need movement, and when you need stillness.

But you have to slow down enough to listen.

Today’s practice is about tuning into that inner language—without judgment, without second-guessing—and beginning to respond with compassion.

This isn’t about rules. It’s about rhythm. This isn’t about forcing. It’s about flowing. This is about coming home to yourself.

✨ Today’s Affirmation:

“I trust the wisdom in my body.”

Say it slowly. Say it while placing your hand on your heart, or your belly. Say it like you’re reintroducing yourself to a truth you’ve always known—but haven’t always honored.

You can trust your body. It’s not the enemy. It’s not a project. It’s your companion. Your home. Your guide.

📝 Journal Prompt:

What does my body need more of? Less of?

Write this as a gentle check-in. Don’t overthink it. What has your body been quietly asking for lately?

🌿 More sleep?

🌿 More water?

🌿 More sunshine, silence, or softness?

🌿 Less rushing? Less criticism? Less sitting?

Let this be a conversation with your body—not a demand, not a fix—just a dialogue built on care.

🌿 Mindful Activity: Guided Stretch or Intuitive Movement

Today, move not to perform, but to connect.

Option 1:✨ Choose a gentle, guided stretch or flow (even 5–10 minutes). Move with awareness, breath, and softness.

Option 2:✨ Close your eyes. Breathe. Ask your body, “How do you want to move?” Then follow the impulse. Maybe it’s a shoulder roll. A hip sway. A deep stretch. A soft twist. Maybe it’s dancing in your kitchen or simply lying down and breathing.

Let your movement be a love letter to the parts of you that carry so much.

💬 Group Reflection:

  • What did your body ask for today?

  • How did it feel to respond without judgment or a goal?

  • What’s one thing you can do this week to honor your body’s wisdom more deeply?

You are not disconnected. You are not broken. You are not failing because your energy shifts or your needs change.

You are human. And your body is trying to support you—if only you’ll pause long enough to hear it.

So today, move slowly. Listen inwardly. Respond kindly. And remember: your body is not a battleground—it’s a sacred space. 💛
