We’re three days into this journey together, and I want to take a moment to remind you: You don’t have to “do it all.” You don’t have to get it “right.” You’re already doing something powerful just by showing up with intention.


So far, we’ve been gently releasing physical clutter and emotional heaviness. Today, we’re turning our attention to a space that often gets overlooked—but holds so much influence over how we feel: our digital world.

Let this guide you today. Your time, your energy, and your attention are sacred. You are allowed to choose where they go—and what you no longer want to give them to.


📝 Journal Prompt:

What am I holding onto out of guilt, habit, or fear?


We often keep things around—people, commitments, accounts we follow, even old emails—not because they bring us joy, but because we feel guilty letting go. Or because it feels easier to just leave it than to release it.


But every choice to hold onto something out of guilt or obligation quietly drains your energy.


So, what are you holding onto just because you feel like you “should”?What would it feel like to let it go and make space for peace?


🌸 Mindful Activity: Digital Declutter


Choose one small digital space to clean up today—your phone, inbox, social feed, or desktop.


Start with just 10 minutes. Do it slowly, mindfully, and with intention.

Here are some simple ways to start:

  • Unfollow or mute accounts that trigger comparison or drain your energy

  • Unsubscribe from emails that no longer align with your needs

  • Delete unused apps or organize your digital files

  • Set new screen time boundaries or take a break from doom-scrolling

This isn’t about perfection or erasing everything. It’s about honoring your peace.

As you let go, take a breath. Each tap, swipe, and delete is a quiet act of self-respect.
